Avoid NSAIDs (ibuprofen, naproxen, steroids): they probably make Covid worse.

The WHO and everyone else is strongly advising against Ibuprofen

Ibuprofen increases ACE2 activity - which SARS-CoV2 uses to gain entry - and COX-2 - which the body uses to make antibodies.  It also reduces fever, which we desperately NEED to kill the virus.  ACE2 is the mechanism by which Coronavirus enters the cell, and so we want to reduce ACE2, and avoid things that increase ACE2, which includes NSAIDS.

NSAIDS also blunt the immune response by inhibiting COX2, delaying the severe symptoms from emerging, but also allowing the virus to progress unabated and spread further.  COX-2 is the mechanism by which we make antibodies to bind the virus, and we don't want to stand in the way of it.

To make matters worse, the medical experts are suggesting Aspirin or Tylenol instead.  These drugs also inhibit the immune system.  We need our white blood cells to be able to make antibodies to fight the infection.   But "ibuprofen, [Aspirin], naproxen and acetaminophen inhibited antibody production at pharmacological doses; with ibuprofen having the greatest effect."
